Why Box Lacrosse?

Box lacrosse forces players to make quick decisions and instantly recognize game situations. The elements of box lacrosse - physical play, tight spaces, number of repetitions, body control, off-ball movement - improve a field player’s game exponentially. CQ nights will mimic box scenarios and implement drills and skills that help players learn the game, and take their skills to the box! 2022 Rules Link
