Why Team 91 Northside?
We develop complete players, not just rosters. Team 91 Northside teams are becoming some of the strongest in the state, built by developing the whole player.
- Coaches who lead: College and high school coaches, hired for character as much as lacrosse. We take training our coaches seriously, and host multiple training sessions a season for our coaches.
- Positional training & Development Systems: Position-specific training and part to whole/constraint led development systems that build our team systems from the ground up.
- Speed & strength: Team strength and conditioning at Legacy Lacrosse Center (new 2027).
- Mental performance: 20+ sessions a year with Coach Michael Mabry of One Play Development, an in person training event, and at least one parent session throughout the year.
- Recruiting support: IMLCA profile, direct access to Director Ethan LaHoda, and an individual plan for high school players 2030 and up.
Our Culture: BOOM (Brothers On One Mission)
- Relentless Effort, Energy & Toughness
- Unmatched Compete Level
- Selfless Teammate
The Pathway: 91 Northside → 91 West → 91 National
Team 91 Northside is the starting point of one of the strongest player pathways in the country.
Team 91 Northside | This is where players develop day to day. They get year-round coaching, training, and competition close to home.
Team 91 West | Top players from Team 91 Northside, Team 91 Colorado, Team 91 Arizona, and Team 91 Michigan. West teams play 2–3 events a year against nationally competitive opponents.
Team 91 National | Team 91's premier select level. It brings together the best players from every 91 region: Long Island, Maryland, Tri-State, Connecticut, Colorado, Northside, Arizona, Michigan, Charlotte, Carolina, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and more. National teams play some of the top tournaments in the country, and Team 91 is expanding to multiple National teams per age group (2035–2027).
National Lacrosse Federation | As part of Team 91, Northside teams get year-round access to NLF events, some of the most competitive in the country. Learn more at nationallacrossefederation.com.
