Welcome back to the Lab! We are excited to welcome Dempsey Arsenault of Team USA and the Baltimore Brave to provide top level dodging and scoring instruction for our athletes. Dempsey is the 2019 WPLL MVP and one of the most dominant goal scorers to step foot on a lacrosse field.

We will be hosting three sessions on Wednesday open to all elementary, middle, and high school players!
